"Honestly I finally found legit fresh delicious tacos!!! I will not get tacos anywhere else unless it is from here. I’ve had tacos in RR, Cedar Park, Pville and Austin and this place tasted the best! The meat was marinated to perfection and the veggies was fresh and they are made to order. I had the pork tacos - great balance of flavors and the sauces were spot on!!! The beans and rice was so damn good. Legit Mexican food. Owner is honest, friendly good peoples."

"I was fortunate enough to be their Last customer of the year. Food Truck operator got me in and out on the ordering Process. I opted for the Nachos not knowing what was in store for me. The chips come out lightly dusted in Chile dust. This adds the mighty spicy punch these little Triangles of heaven they possess. I opted for a combo Steak and Pastor. Both cuts of Meats were tender cooked to perfection. Fresh cooked pinto beans were made to perfection excellent topping for your real estate of chips to put on board for the ride. Sometimes its about the details well this Nacho Canvas of Art came with JUMBO sized jalapeno slices. Fresh Onion Pico takes this journey of Nacho perfection to extraordinary levels. The queso was of a liquid Gold smooth texture and was plentiful. This Food Truck has 2 really good things going for it. (1) really great Meats if they could just give you a tour of their Meats on a Sampler platter so you can choose which ones are your favorite(s) 2 the little hidden Gem effect. If they can stay the course in a high churn rate line of business and figure out the perfect combination of keeping the business going. The food will do its talking for them. "There was a significant wait for two burritos and a taco plate, the sodas we got were room temp and it was in the 90’s- there was only one other couple there, so the wait was unexpected. The food was Fabulous! The smoked birria tacos were so good! They have nice music and plenty of picnic tables."

"Great smoke flavor, cooked in a wood smoker!! Flavor was awesome. Recommends the steak and al pastor. Loved the Tostones (smashed unsweetened plantains) and the platanos (sweetened plantains)! We got the Parrilla plate and on another occasion got the Parilla Familiar (4 plates worth - fed us 2 adults and 2 boys). Salsas are on point amazing! Corn Tortillas tasted homemade. You get drinks too, we chose bottled water. Still looking forward for the requested menu addition of The Campechana Taco - Large homemade flour tortilla, melted cheese, carne asada, trompo al pastor, pineapple, grilled onions, and cilantro! Would also love ordering meat by the pound. We have wanted to order by phone or online direct but unavailable currently - only in person or 3rd party delivery. Also, there have been a few times we have wanted to order but the truck is closed early sometimes or sold out. Cool outside seating!"

"Absolutely incredible, first day I ate here I had the Birria taco plate and as soon as I opened the plate it was a “wow” and this picture doesn’t do it justice These tacos were so good and the gentleman that served/prepared the food is a stand up guy! Very respectful and informative. Since Tuesday this week I’ve had items from his menu each day for lunch and even came back for dinner! La Padilla LAC is an amazing place to eat if you’re looking for mouth watering, flavorful explosions in your life!"
